Fast Park Update 3-18-20
As a valued member of the Fast Park family, we thank you for the trust you place in us to both see you off and welcome you home from your travels. As the current situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) has disrupted travel across the globe, we wanted to reach out to you regarding your Fast Park service and the additional measures we’re taking at each of our facilities across the country.
Operational Changes
As demand for travel diminishes across the country, Fast Park is adjusting operations accordingly. While we remain open and able to assist guests, we are operating with reduced staff, so pick-up times will be longer than to which you’ve grown accustomed. If you find yourself at the airport in need of a pick-up, please do not hesitate to call our offices to ensure a shuttle is en-route to the airport arrivals area.
Sanitation
As of March 13th, all drivers and guest ambassadors have been instructed to wipe down and sanitize surfaces including shuttle buses, booths, entrance columns and Express Lane kiosks multiple times per shift. In addition, our Fast Charging stations are being cleaned daily. It is our hope that these and other increased cleaning measures will help prevent the spread of germs and keep our valued guests and team members safe and healthy.

We remain committed to providing the highest quality of customer service to our guests.

- Non-members can use the code SPRINGFREE to receive free reservations and cancellations.
We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and adhere to the guidelines of governments, public health officials and medical professionals. Thank you for being a loyal Fast Park guest. We are keeping everyone affected by this situation in our thoughts.
