Fast Park’s annual Customer Service Week celebration kicks off Friday, March 17 and runs through Friday, March 24. Every year, Fast Park dedicates a week to show its appreciation for its loyal customers and employees.

“We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service every day of the year, but we like to dedicate a week to showering our loyal guests with love and appreciation,” said Melanie Chavez, VP of construction and branding. “We focus on making both traveling and homebound guests feel appreciated and take time throughout the week to recognize and reward our dedicated staff who provide our high level of customer service.”

Fast Park has 16 offsite airport parking facilities located in 13 markets throughout the country. Each facility will take time to make customers feel extra special during the week-long celebration.

Activities on-site and online include:

  • Daily On-site Giveaways: Customers will be treated to snacks and Fast Park accessories will be given away to a lucky few.
  • $500 Gift Gard Giveaway: One Relax for Rewards Member will be chosen at random. Customers are encouraged to sign up at TheFastPark.com by March 24 to be eligible to win. (Every member will receive one entry plus an additional entry for each visit to a facility between 1/1/2016 and 3/24/17.)
  • 5 Days of Giveaways Sweepstakes (March 20-24): Customers can enter on the Facebook page daily to win prizes inspired by a few travel blogs, including Will Travel for … Famous Bakeries and Products to Keep You Connected.
