Customer Service Week 2014
We love our customers and employees and to show our appreciation, we organized a week of events, surprises and giveaways.
At Fast Park, we strive to not only get you to your terminal quickly but to get you there relaxed and ready to start your trip. From our friendly greeters and drivers to our speedy shuttle service and added amenities, we always seek to provide the best experience for our travelers. As our way of saying “thank you” for being a loyal Fast Park guest, each of our 16 Fast Park facilities participated in Customer Service Week from January 19 through January 26. During the week, each facility handed out snacks and goodies to customers as they entered and exited the facility. Randomly selected customers also won a week of free parking or Fast Park umbrella. One lucky Relax For Rewards member from Baltimore, MD won a $500 American Express gift card!
“It is our pleasure and goal each day to provide all of our customers with concierge-level service and a feeling of ease before they fly," said Katylyn Weems, general manager at FastPark & Relax in Orlando. "We have the opportunity to celebrate this commitment during Customer Service Week. It’s always great seeing the look on customers’ faces when we surprise them with free parking or a Fast Park gift.”
We also honored our dedicated and hard-working staff by awarding small gift bags and certificates for years of service and an employee party at each facility.
