Fast Park, a leading offsite airport parking company with a facility servicing the Indianapolis International Airport, is growing its presence here. After just two years in the market, the facility, located at 8550 Stansted Road, is ready to break ground this week on an expansion project to nearly double its parking capacity.

“The last two years have been incredible in Indianapolis,” said Melanie Chavez, Executive Vice President of Construction and Branding at Fast Park. “We’ve seen tremendous growth and are looking forward to being able to accommodate even more IND travelers with this expansion.”

Holladay Construction Group is Fast Park’s general contractor for the project which will be tentatively completed in November 2016.

Like many of Fast Park’s other facilities located in 14 markets across the country, the Indianapolis facility incorporates many green initiatives. The facility uses a water reclamation system for irrigation purposes, low VOC materials and Green Guard label furnishings. In addition, the facility uses a geo-thermal heating system, it currently has four EV charging stations and has the infrastructure to install a large-scale solar panel system which would make it Fast Park’s first net zero facility. The Indianapolis location is also Fast Park’s first LEED-certified facility.
