Fast Park Year In Review 2015

Take a look back with us as we relive our proudest accomplishments of 2015. From food drives to FastPak giveaways, we love supporting our communities and putting smiles on our customers’ faces. We also grew our Fast Park family as we welcomed Atlanta travelers to our first ATL facility and we introduced Cincinnati travelers to a newly remodeled and much larger facility near CVG.

We even took deserving families on a trip aboard the North Pole Express where we provided lunch, surprise gifts, crafts and a visit from Santa. The day was filled with holiday magic that these families (and we) won’t soon forget. We couldn’t be happier about what we’ve achieved with your help and support. Please enjoy our 2015 highlights!

Introduced Atlanta travelers to the Fast Park brand with our first facility servicing the international terminal at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The perfect option for domestic (with no checked bags) and international ATL travelers!

Opened a newly renovated Fast Park & Relax just 500 ft from our previous Airport Fast Park in Cincinnati. Travelers can now experience the same great service and amenities in a brand new space!

Generated 132,799 KWH of energy from solar panel systems at our Austin and Orlando facilities.

Parked 1.85 million cars for our travelling customers.

Interviewed 15 of our funniest travelers to learn what they really thought about Fast Park.

Charged a total of 3,932 electric and hybrid vehicles through our complimentary FastCharge program.

Reached a major milestone on Facebook with more than 10,000 fans connecting with us for company and industry news, special offers, contests and more.

Quenched the thirst of weary travelers with 1.6 million complimentary bottles of water.

Welcomed 70,887 new members, who earned 474,188 points and redeemed 44,104 points (that’s 6,169 days of free parking)!

Turned our gates pink at 10 facilities in October to support breast cancer awareness.

Hosted more than 100 deserving people in need at the North Pole Express, a special holiday event filled with fun, laughter and big surprises at the Woodward Theater in Over-the-Rhine in downtown Cincinnati.

Donated 20 cases of water to Bastrop firefighters battling the Hidden Pine fire in Central Texas.

Donated hundreds of leftover newspapers to line the cages of furry friends at a local animal shelter in Cleveland.

Served a special lunch to families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at Arnold Palmer Medical Center in Orlando.

Proudly employed 18 veterans or active-duty reservists.

Thanked customers and staff for their loyalty to Fast Park with onsite snacks and goodies, free parking, gift cards and more during Customer Service Week.

Shuttled more than 600 guests to Orlando International Airport, General Mitchell International Airport and Baltimore-Washington International Airport for the Honor Flight of Veterans throughout the year.

Donated more than 500 FunTime FastPaks to charities and organizations throughout the year.

Donated an equivalent of 57 weeks of parking to nonprofit organizations across our footprint.

Donated more than $400 or 50 cents for every car that entered the facility on Earth Day in Austin to the Rainforest Partnership.

Entertained our tiniest and most inquisitive guests by giving away more than 20,000 FunTime FastPaks full of snacks and activities at all of our facilities during the summer months. That’s nearly 35% more than 2014.

Welcomed 49 Make-A-Wish families in Raleigh as they set off for their wish trips.

Continued to dedicate time and resources to training employees throughout the year on what it means to provide exceptional customer service and was recognized by Colin Shaw, a customer service expert.

Joined forces with employees and customers to donate 11,377 pounds of food and $11,407 to local food banks bringing the eight-year totals for the program to 50,000 pounds of food and $50,000 donated!
